Zorza
The zorza or picadillo is the meat with which the chorizos are stuffed. Before, it was very common to make sausages at home, but in recent years that custom has been lost. However, making zorza at home is very easy and we can taste it in an empanada, or simply with chips and salad, and it turns out to be quite a delicacy.
