Cheese of the country is made of artisan and traditional way from fresh cow milk of the highest quality. This typical product of Galicia, with similar characteristics to the known cheese Arzúa, is in the form of disc. Presents a clean, smooth, waxy and yellowish crust. A cutting offers a yellowish color and a creamy texture. The inner pulp, ivory, is compact with eyes, elastic and soft. It gives off a delicious aroma of fresh milk and its taste is exquisite and unique.
